Rebecca’s property experience focuses on investment, acquisitions and development of retail, leisure and residential property. This has been developed over a number of years having worked within two of the UK’s largest retailer’s property teams and since founding RSR Properties.

Having worked within the Tesco and Sainsbury’s Property teams she gained this experience at a national level through a property acquisition role for new store. To complement this experience, she has also led a number of challenging and creative mixed-use development projects from new build to conversions and refurbishment.

Rebecca’s clients rely on her to offer a complete service from location planning, UK Company set up, branding, property finding and project monitoring through to handover for occupation. This service is extended to property investment strategy planning for short, medium and long term holdings.

Rebecca’s passion falls within the retail and leisure sectors, being an enthusiast for new concepts and growing businesses. She is extremely proactive in identifying new opportunities for a variety of clients. With a strong network within the London property market, her intimate knowledge of the city and being fluent in French and Italian, a truly unique service can be offered.

Robert graduated from Nottingham Trent University, joining the property department of Lloyds TSB. During this time Robert gained experience in all aspects of commercial property, including landlord & tenant relations, valuation & property management. Robert qualified as a Chartered Surveyor and became a full member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors in 2002.

Following this, Robert moved to one of Europe’s largest property companies, Tesco, where he was responsible for the asset management of their substantial town center property holdings. The national brief allowed Robert to gain valuable experience across the UK property market while managing a diverse and valuable real estate portfolio.

This led to a move into Property Acquisitions at Tesco, where he focused on acquiring land and property for their fast growing retail estate. Robert’s success was seen through the delivery of over 40 stores for the company, including the leasehold and freehold acquisitions of standalone stores, mixed-use developments, petrol filling stations and retail developments.

Robert consolidated this success by joining the Sainsbury’s property team in 2010 at a lead acquisitions manager in London.

Robert now advises a range of landlord and tenant clients throughout the UK on a variety of matters. Waterstones have appointed Robert on key property disposals throughout the UK together with the continued search for new smaller format stores in key locations. Recent successes include the acquisition of stores in Dorking and on Coney Street in York.
